How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for Metro Manila and 7-10 business days for provincial areas. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items.
What is your return and exchange policy for sports gear?
We offer a 7-day return policy for items with manufacturing defects or size issues. Products must be in original, unworn condition with tags and packaging intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, undergarments and swimwear cannot be returned.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), GCash, Maya, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for supported areas within the Philippines.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS notification containing a tracking number and a link to our courier partner's website to monitor your delivery.
Can I pick up my online order at an Olympic Village physical store?
