Return Process

  Log in to your account and select the 'Order History' tab to choose the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original box or a sturdy shipping container, ensuring all original manuals, tags, and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or Olympic Village United retail store.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of your sports gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
